We’re looking for a motivated Veterinary Clinical Attendant to join our team—no prior experience required! We are a small animal practice in Murwillumbah NSW who are looking for the right person to join our team. While previous experience working with animals is not mandatory the love to do the very best for our patient’s health is.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Clinical Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting our veterinary team and ensuring the well-being of the animals in our care. The role will be assisting the medical veterinarian during consultations and providing compassionate care to our furry patients and clearly communicating with clients regarding their pet’s health care needs.  You will be an integral part of creating a safe and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners while supporting your veterinary team. The position is part time with a minimum of 28.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinary professionals during examinations.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Handle and care for animals during the consultation and any minor procedures.
  • Provide basic information to pet owners and assist with inquiries.
  • Maintain records and supplies under the guidance of the veterinary team.
