Success Veterinary Hospital is located in Perth’s southern suburbs. We are a well-established, small animal practice with 3 very experienced Veterinarians and 5 amazing Vet Nurses! We have lovely clients, who are a pleasure to deal with and we strive to give the very best patient care for their fur babies. We are a pro-active team, who work well together to ensure the hospitals daily duties are completed efficiently and at a high standard.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Veterinary Nurse, to join our team on a part-time basis. Our ideal the candidate will have a friendly and customer focused personality, who enjoys the diversity within a small animal practice. The position is roughly 10-20 hours per week, 2 days (Tuesdays and Fridays). We have a 3-week rotation roster, that gives a great work and life balance. There is no weekend or public holiday work required.
To be successful for this position, you will have:
- A Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (essential).
- Demonstrated previous experience as a Vet Nurse (minimum 2 years).
- VSB WA registration.
- Driver’s license.
- An empathetic, caring nurse that always advocates for their patients.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.
- An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.
