Location: Salisbury/Moorooka, South Brisbane, QLD
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist (with some Nursing Duties)
Clinic: MyOwnVet Veterinary Hospital – Privately Owned Small Animal Hospital
Remuneration: $30-$40/hr depending on experience

Are you an organised, compassionate individual with a passion for animals and a knack for customer service? MyOwnVet is seeking a Receptionist with veterinary nursing skills to support our front-of-house operations while assisting with basic clinical tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in veterinary reception or a similar client-facing role
• Certificate II or higher in Animal Studies, or Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Comfortable handling animals and assisting with basic nursing tasks
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Confident with booking systems, phone calls, and patient/client coordination
• Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and within a team
• Availability for rotating Saturday morning shifts
