Weekend Veterinarian – Eumundi, SE QLD ($90/hr PPT)

Eumundi Vets is looking for a weekend vet to join our close-knit, supportive team!

We’re seeking a veterinarian who is confident and competent in consulting, emergencies, and surgeries, and who enjoys working sole charge on Saturdays and Sundays. You’ll be backed by a team of experienced nurses and modern equipment.

Our clinic is located in the heart of the beautiful Noosa Hinterland (Eumundi). We offer all the usual GP toys, including:

• Full IDEXX in-house blood machines
• New Mindray Ultrasound
• Digital radiography
• Modern monitoring & hospital equipment
• Fully digitised systems for efficiency

Support & Mentorship:

If emergency surgery isn’t your jam but you’d like to expand your skills, our practice owner is available to assist, mentor, or scrub in on cases as needed.

What we offer:

• Generous remuneration – $90/hr + super (PPT contract)
• Weekend hours: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–5pm
• Option to pick up an additional weekday if desired
• CPD allowance: $2,500
• Clinic owner available weekends for emergency surgery support/training

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced veterinarian
• Comfortable working independently
• Competent in emergencies, surgery, and standard GP consults (ears, skin, vacs, etc.)
